Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and shipping containers using manual techniques and powered equipment
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for accuracy and quality standards
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and inventory tracking
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and other warehouse machinery
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare shipments for delivery by properly packaging and labeling items
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid government-issued ID for background check
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to our Santa Ana facility
