Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight from trucks using manual techniques and equipment
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse areas with precision
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse machinery with proper training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Complete inventory documentation and digital tracking tasks
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train on the job!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Valid driver's license a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
