Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) to move and organize inventory
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with attention to detail and speed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during overnight shifts
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Complete daily productivity reports with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and comfort with inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team overnight
- Commitment to safety protocols and equipment handling best practices
