Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using manual and powered equipment
- Organize and manage inventory in warehouse storage systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Verify shipment accuracy against packing lists
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in regular safety training and drills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
