What You Will Do:
As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that products are moved safely and efficiently from point A to point B.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks, trailers, and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and verify accuracy against packing lists.
- Organization: Sort, stack, and organize products in the warehouse to ensure optimal workflow and easy retrieval.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for candidates eager to learn the logistics industry.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and verifying inventory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety signs.
