Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality control issues.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, and easy retrieval.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the logistics and inventory team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not required for entry-level loaders.
