Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks while verifying shipment contents against manifests
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Adhere to all safety protocols including OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift team for smooth transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
