Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ergonomic standards
- Collaborate in fast-paced team environments during peak seasons
- Process returns and damaged goods following Amazon's quality guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to facility
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
