Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory against packing slips and ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Organize and stock warehouse shelves in a neat, orderly fashion to maximize storage efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld computers to accurately track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Class C Driver’s License is required.
- Basic math skills and a high attention to detail are essential for inventory management.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
