Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Verify inventory accuracy with RF scanners and digital systems
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and safety protocols
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/loading experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
