Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label products accurately based on digital pick lists and RF scanners.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, GHS standards, and company policies.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
