Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Scan barcodes and verify order accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load trucks and pallets with care to prevent damage to goods.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to wear appropriate safety gear (steel-toed shoes provided).
