Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate warehouse machinery safely following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily loading targets
- Complete paperwork and digital tracking for shipments
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid government-issued photo ID for immediate onboarding
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Point Blvd location
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- No prior warehouse experience required
