Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Inspect and sort inventory for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces and equipment cleanliness
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check
