Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, railcars, and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and inspect for damage.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to all OSHA safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for counting packages and weighing shipments.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
