Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring all freight is handled with care.
- Operate handheld RF scanners to verify inventory and update system data accurately.
- Stack pallets according to safety guidelines to maximize warehouse space and prevent accidents.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
