What You Will Do:
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Organize stock in designated storage areas to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity and safety goals.

Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and moving of products using manual dexterity and proper equipment handling techniques.
- Verify quantities of products against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols.
- Stack and organize merchandise in the warehouse to prevent damage and ensure easy access.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotations as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if loading/unloading from docks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
