Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using manual and powered equipment
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized storage systems
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
