Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Organize and stack products securely on pallets or shelves according to company safety standards.
- Perform routine inspection of loading equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
- Verify inventory counts during the loading process and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
