Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy with barcode scanning and documentation
- Maintain organized stacking and secure freight in designated areas
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
