- Unload inbound shipments and organize inventory efficiently
- Load outgoing trucks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and aisles
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks as assigned
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to DC facility
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
