Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers accurately and safely to ensure timely delivery.
- Stack pallets and organize inventory according to strict safety and company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and scanning barcodes.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and overtime.
