Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight from trucks and containers using manual and powered equipment
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure accurate inventory documentation
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and adhere to safety protocols
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count activities
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to work location
