Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy using scanning technology and paperwork systems
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse machinery after completing paid certification training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification program
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to warehouse facility
