Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records via scanning systems
- Organize and secure materials in designated storage areas
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid state ID or driver’s license
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
