Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping logistics
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates through our structured paid training program
- Implement OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet operational KPIs and delivery deadlines

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years warehouse experience or supervisory role (paid training provided)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and safety regulations
- Valid Texas driver's license required
