Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight safely and efficiently using manual equipment and forklifts
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery
- Organize and stage shipments for timely delivery
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
