Responsibilities
- Safe Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, ensuring items are secure for transport.
- Inventory Integrity: Accurately scan, label, and stock incoming and outgoing goods to maintain precise inventory records.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep warehouse aisles organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine inspections of machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately to supervisors.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we offer paid training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Equipment Certification: Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
