Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution processes with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records using WMS systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10 training
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
