Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory control and cycle counting processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Coordinate receiving, sorting, and shipment of products
- Maintain accurate documentation using WMS systems
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Train new associates on operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification required
- Proficient in WMS inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
