Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Coordinate efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform quality assurance checks on inbound/outbound shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Train new hires on safety protocols and operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and RF technology
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
