Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily targets while maintaining 99.9% accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on products and packaging to ensure customer satisfaction standards are met.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Reporting: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock levels are up to date.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow standard operating procedures strictly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
