Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using barcode systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) after training
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to the Austin facility
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings as needed
