Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory records within the system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required by the shift.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse environment to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to accommodate business needs.
