Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodology
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
