Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using provided scanning equipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and FIFO compliance
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with packers and shipping teams for seamless operations
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Comfortable standing/walking 8+ hours daily
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
