Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to packing slips and system instructions
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and barcode scanners
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with receiving and stocking operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
