Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Manage inventory through scanning systems and cycle counts
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling systems
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for timely material flow
- Perform quality inspections on incoming/outgoing products
- Adhere to 5S methodology for workspace optimization
- Complete daily equipment safety checklists
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
