Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, scanned, and placed in appropriate packaging for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect products for damage or defects during the picking process and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads and packers to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict schedules.
