Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using handheld RF scanners and pick-to-light systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect merchandise for damages and report discrepancies immediately to the inventory team.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of pallets and heavy packages.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce processing time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanning technology (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
