Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory storage and rotation systems
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
