Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners)
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification and safety leadership background
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume operations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
