Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order processing
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (equipment operation)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
