Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stock rotation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA guidelines
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order picking experience
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification preferred (will train if necessary)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy orientation
- Valid driver's license preferred
