Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory checks and maintain organized warehouse zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality procedures
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and storing incoming merchandise
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
