Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using company-provided equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently following OSHA guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintain clean workspace
- Adhere to quality control standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Basic math skills for order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to operate provided warehouse equipment
- Reliable transportation to our Milwaukee facility
