Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using provided equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Operate warehouse machinery safely following OSHA guidelines
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Utilize inventory management systems for real-time tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment with training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Team player with strong communication skills
