Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided warehouse equipment (electric pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to operate provided warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
