Responsibilities
- Unload and refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate temperature monitoring equipment
- Perform routine sanitation of storage areas
- Collaborate with team for efficient loading/unloading schedules
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-40°F)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with RF scanners a plus
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
