Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and stage incoming inventory using company-provided equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move goods safely
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse layout
- Prepare outbound shipments with proper labeling and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper equipment support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Reliable transportation to our St. Petersburg facility
